Terms of service
Last updated 20 October 2026. The agreement between you and Mailbox Print when you use this site and place an order.
Orders and proofs
- Every order gets a free digital proof. Nothing prints until you approve it.
- Once you approve a proof, we print exactly what you approved. Check spelling, colours and size before approving.
- Printing starts as soon as you approve, so an approved order usually can’t be cancelled. If you need to change or cancel it, email support@mailboxprint.com or call (619) 663-6284 right away and we’ll see what’s possible.
Your artwork
You confirm you own the artwork you upload, or have permission to print it. We may decline to print artwork that’s illegal, hateful, or that we believe infringes someone else’s rights, such as a trademark or copyrighted character used without permission. If so, we’ll contact you before cancelling the order, and refund what you paid for it.
Prices and payment
Prices are shown before you order and charged when you place it. Sales tax is calculated from your shipping address. Payment is due at checkout; we don’t offer invoicing or payment terms right now.
Shipping and delivery
See Shipping for timing and tracking. Once the carrier marks your package delivered, we’re no longer responsible for it. If it’s lost or stolen after delivery, contact the carrier.
Reprints and refunds
If your order arrives damaged or misprinted through our mistake, tell us within 3 days of delivery and we’ll reprint it or refund it, depending on the situation. We print exactly what you approve, so a mistake in an approved proof isn’t our error; we may offer a discount on a corrected reprint.
The legal part
Limits on our liability. If something goes wrong with an order, the most we’re responsible for is what you paid for that order. We’re not responsible for indirect losses, like lost profits, a missed event or the cost of anything you applied the stickers to. Apart from what these terms promise, the site and our products are provided “as is”. Some places don’t allow these limits, so they apply only as far as the law allows.
Artwork claims. If someone makes a claim against us because of artwork you gave us to print, you agree to cover our reasonable costs of dealing with it, including legal fees.
Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any dispute goes to the state or federal courts in Riverside County, California, though either of us can use small claims court if the dispute qualifies.
Changes. We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the current version. An order is covered by the terms in place when you placed it.
