When your order ships
Production starts the moment you approve your proof. Here’s what happens after that.
When it ships
- Most orders leave the shop within two days of proof approval.
- Bigger runs can take longer. The date on your order page is the one to go by.
How it ships
Checkout shows live rates from the carriers for your address, with an estimated delivery date for each. Standard is always the cheapest one.
Standard shipping is free on orders over $50.
Where we ship
Addresses in the United States. PO boxes included. We don’t ship outside the U.S. yet.
Tracking
We email your tracking number the day your order ships. It’s also on your order page, with each step from printing to delivery.
If something’s wrong
If your order arrives damaged or doesn’t match the proof you approved, email us with a photo within 3 days of delivery and we’ll make it right. If it’s our mistake, we’ll reprint it.
