Files that print sharp
What to send, how big it needs to be, and what happens after you upload. Not sure about a file? Upload it anyway: we check it straight away and again on your free proof.
Files we take
PNG, JPG, SVG, AI, PDF or PSD, up to 100 MB each.
- Vector (SVG, AI, PDF) prints sharp at any size. Send this if you have it.
- Images (PNG, JPG, PSD) need enough pixels for the size you order. See the table below.
- A transparent background (PNG or SVG) gives the cleanest die-cut shape.
How many pixels you need
We print at 300 pixels per inch. Multiply the size in inches by 300:
| Sticker size | Image at least |
|---|---|
| 2 × 2 in | 600 × 600 px |
| 3 × 3 in | 900 × 900 px |
| 4 × 4 in | 1,200 × 1,200 px |
| 5 × 5 in | 1,500 × 1,500 px |
When you upload, the product page tells you the biggest size your file prints sharp at, and warns you before you order anything bigger.
Shape and cut line
You don’t draw a cut line. We trace your artwork and add the cut line and bleed for you, then show you exactly where we’ll cut on your proof. Keep important text and detail a little in from the edge of the design.
Your free proof
- A digital proof within four hours, by email and on your order page.
- Nothing prints until you approve it.
- Ask for changes as often as you need: each round comes back as a new proof.
