Who we are

Mailbox Print, 7490 Opportunity Rd Ste 3860, San Diego, CA 92111. We print and ship orders from our studio in Temecula, California. Stickermasters is a DBA of Mailbox Print. Questions about this policy: support@mailboxprint.com or (619) 663-6284.

What we collect

• Your name, email, phone and addresses, when you check out or create an account.
• Your orders, proofs and the messages you send us about them.
• The artwork files you upload.
• Card details go straight to our payment processor, Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
• Basic technical data: your browser, pages you visit, and the cookies listed below.

How we use it

• To print and ship your order, send your proofs and keep you updated.
• To keep your account, saved addresses, cards and artwork library.
• To answer your questions.
• To send you emails and text messages about new products and offers, if you’ve signed up for them. Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link, you can reply STOP to any text, and you can always opt out by emailing us. Order and proof emails aren’t marketing, so they keep coming while you have an order with us.
• To understand how people use our sites, such as which pages they visit, so we can improve them. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which counts visits without cookies and doesn’t follow you to other sites.

Who we share it with

Only the services that help us run the shop, and only what each needs:

• Swell: our store platform (orders, accounts).
• Stripe: card payments.
• EasyPost and the carrier: shipping labels and tracking.
• Resend: our emails to you.
• Cloudflare: hosting, file storage and site analytics.
• Omnisend: our marketing emails and texts, if you’ve signed up for them.

We don’t sell your information.

Your artwork

If you have an account, your files stay in your artwork library so you can reorder, until you delete them or your account. Artwork used on an order is kept with that order’s records for 7 years after you delete your account. Files from guest orders are kept for two years. We only use your artwork to make your orders. We sometimes photograph finished orders for the “Orders we printed this week” gallery on our home page; we only show yours with your permission.

Cookies

• Sign-in and cart: keep you signed in and remember your cart.
• Your view choices, like gallery or list in your artwork library.

We don’t use analytics or advertising cookies.

Your choices

You can see and change your details in your account, delete files from your library, and delete your account yourself from your account page. Mailbox Print and Stickermasters share one account system, so deleting it removes your profile on both sites. Records of past orders stay with us for accounting, tax and payment disputes: the name, address and email on each order, and the artwork printed for it, kept for 7 years and then deleted.

Your privacy rights

If you live in California, or another state with a similar privacy law, you have the right to:

• know what personal information we hold about you, where it came from, and how we use and share it;
• get a copy of it;
• have it corrected;
• have it deleted, except records we must keep, such as order records;
• opt out of the sale or sharing of your information. We don’t sell it or share it for advertising;
• use these rights without being treated differently.

To make a request, email support@mailboxprint.com from the address on your account, or call (619) 663-6284. We’ll confirm it’s you before acting on it and answer within 45 days. Someone you authorize can make a request for you, with your written permission.

Do Not Track

Our sites don’t track you across other websites, so we don’t change anything in response to a browser’s Do Not Track signal.

Children

Our sites are for adults and businesses. We don’t knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you think a child has given us their information, contact us and we’ll delete it.

Changes

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the current version, and we’ll note big changes on this page.
